Nicolette Lohman
Realtor and interior design
My roots are in the world of marketing, but my passion has led me down a different path: the world of remodeling and real estate. Here we distinguish ourselves as a real estate agency that specializes in finishing and interior design. This has resulted in beautiful homes for both tenants and landlords. With these backgrounds, I can purposefully bring your property to the attention of the right desired renting or buying audience. Whether it's mapping out which interior design we're going to appeal to whom, an effective (online) marketing strategy for your home or portfolio, creating eye-catching videos and appealing property texts, developing a corporate identity, website or proper tenant communication for your building, you can confidently entrust me with that task. I am committed to turning a 9 into a 10 and keep looking for New ways for your Space. Dila van Noort
Realtor and relocater
With over 10 years of experience in hospitality and sales, and hailing from vibrant Singapore myself, I bring a unique international touch to the table. I know the high service needs of internationals like no other, and as a broker and relocator, can respond to them seamlessly. My approach is hands on, results driven and solution oriented. Always a notepad with a to-do list at hand. I take care of it. But in those lists, there is always room free for socializing. I love being in contact with people. No better feeling to land someone in a new home and their daily life in the city.
Erik van Roojen
Finance and Technical Management
I have years of experience in Finance, previously at Ernst. & Young. And am also active as a member of the CoE of my own residential building. Speed is a passion, both on the bike and at work in speeding up processes. Our mission is simple: safe (re)leasing, great living spaces and successful appointments. We know how important it is to make administration, financial-technical management careful and at the same time smooth and fast, both for tenants and landlords. I love contributing to keeping this moving efficiently.

Fresh out of the HBO study Real Estate & Real Estate and now in combination with my study architecture at TU Delft
I have found my starting job at NewSpace Rentals. NewSpace Rentals is not a typical rental broker. That knowledge in finishing and interior design is in the mix to give tenants living enjoyment with great homes is an asset to me. I find transformations of buildings especially interesting. In Renting and Letting, I get to guide Young Professionals with their housing search and offer a helping hand. With high demand and scarce supply, this is sometimes a difficult task. It requires knowledge, speed and the right network to find and rent that suitable home. It is a thrill when we succeed in finding the right home or tenant. The key exchange is a festive moment!
Lula
Our cheerful office dog
Lula brings joy to our team about 2 to 3 days a week. We strongly believe in creating pleasant environments. Her presence in the office is a great success. Not only has she conquered a special place in our hearts, but she also has a positive influence on the working atmosphere. Petting a dog provides relaxation and stimulates creative thoughts. Furthermore, our guests enjoy meeting Lula when they visit us. Some of our international tenants miss their pets from home. Lula reminds us to take good care of our (animal) friends.
