    The kitchen is upon entry located on your right side, which is fully equipped with all the necessities. It has a coffee machine, microwave and a large fridge with an additional freezer. The laundry room at the back of the kitchen comes with both washing machine and dryer.<\/p>\n

    Opposite of the kitchen is the first bedroom with a double bed and ample closet space. This bedroom is facing south and overlooks the Goudsesingel.<\/p>\n

    Further down the hallway is the fully tiled bathroom, which is conveniently set up with a sink and a separate standing shower.<\/p>\n

    At the en of the hallway is the bright and spacious living room with large windows and comfy seating. This is the perfect chill zone after a long day. Currently the 2nd bedroom is a dining-office area and can be delivered as 2nd bedroom upon request.
